SUMMARY
This study aims to discover the influence of learning interest and time management partially, simultaneously, and dominantly on learning outcomes in grade XI of Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Gowa. This type of study is quantitative research. The population were all students of grade XI of Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Gowa with the total of 101 students and the research samples were 34 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive data analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing supported by SPSS program. The results of the t-test obtained are the t-count of learning interest is greater than the t-table (2.878 >1.694) and the t-count of time management is greater than the t-table (2.542>1.694) with each sig value. 0.007 and 0.016 at a significant level of 5%. The learning interest and time management are able to explain variations in learning outcomes by 21.7%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. The results of the study indicate that the learning interest and time management partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes in grade XI of Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Gowa, and the learning interest has a more dominant influence on learning outcomes in grade XI of Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Gowa. Therefore, it can be concluded that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar dan manajemen waktu secara parsial, simultan, dan dominan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Gowa yang berjumlah 101 siswa, sedangkan jumlah sampel adalah 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil uji-t yang diperoleh adalah t hitung minat belajar lebih besar dari t tabel (2,878>1,694) dan t hitung manajemen waktu lebih besar dari t tabel (2,542>1,694) dengan masing-masing nilai sig. 0,007 dan 0,016 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Minat belajar dan manajemen waktu mampu menjelaskan variasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 21,7%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar dan manajemen waktu secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Gowa, serta minat belajar lebih dominan pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Gowa. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima.
