SUMMARY
Esta investigación tuvo como propósito generar una aproximación a un concepto de gerencia tributaria,centrado en los contribuyentes, partiendo desde launiversidad venezolana. Para ello, se identificó, analizóy categorizó el contenido programático y los objetivospresentes en las ofertas de estudios de postgrado engerencia tributaria publicados por cinco universidades,en sus portales web. Este análisis, se realiza a través delas categorías propuestas por el investigador: (a)Saber-Ser y Saber-Hacer Tributario; (b) CumplimientoTributario; (c) Planificación Fiscal y (d) Ética Empresarial,como fundamentos co-creados para un concepto enconstrucción. A partir de un enfoque holístico centradoen la metodología de Bagozzi y Phillips, dichascategorías confluyen en que la gerencia tributaria:consiste en direccionar el saber-ser, saber-hacer, lasactividades, tareas así como los programas decarácter tributario, hacia el cumplimiento de lanormativa legal, obteniendo el máximo beneficio fiscal,sin menoscabo de la ética empresarial.
