IDENTIFIKASI KEBUTUHAN STAKEHOLDER TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KUALITAS LULUSAN DEPARTEMEN PJKR FIK UM DI ERA INDUSTRI 5.0

SUMMARY

Tujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan stakeholder dan lulusan kopetensi dari Departemen Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi. Hasil evaluasi kualitas lulusan Departemen Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Malang (FIK UM) melibatkan 137 stakeholder, termasuk mahasiswa alumni dan kepala sekolah yang merupakan pemangku kepentingan dalam mengevaluasi lulusan. Evaluasi ini memperlihatkan mayoritas stakeholder merasa puas terhadap pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap lulusan. Meskipun sebagian besar memberikan penilaian positif, sekitar 9% dari stakeholder menyatakan ketidakpuasan terhadap aspek pengetahuan dan sikap, sementara sekitar 7% merasa kurang puas dengan keterampilan lulusan.
