SUMMARY
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Batamindo Services Sinindo. Jenisdata dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT. Batamindo Services Sinindo yaitu sejumlah 51 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Batamindo Services Sinindo, 2. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Batamindo Services Sinindo, 3. Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Batamindo Services Sinindo, 4. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Batamindo Services Sinindo, 5. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Batamindo Services Sinindo, 6. Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT.
