Use of selective modulators of estrogen receptors in the treatment of menopausal symptoms

SUMMARY

We evaluated the effectiveness of the drug Sahenit in women with climacteric syndrome of varying degrees of severity. Established that drug Sahenit is a selective estrogen receptor modulators that is highly effective in treatment of psycho-emotional and neurovegetative disorders in menopause. The lack of proliferative effect of the drug on the endometrium of the uterus enables its extensive use as an alternative to hormone replacement therapy in women in risk group and with complicated gynecological history.
