SUMMARY
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics, beliefs, communication and emotional intelligence and job satisfaction among nurses in Imam Khomeini Hospital in Urmia. The current research method was descriptive and correlational. The samples consisted of Nurses Imam Khomeini hospital that the number is 620 people. The sample included 240 people who were selected by simple random sampling method was estimated using Morgan table. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire so that to measure personality traits of neo-F questionnaire to measure job satisfaction, job satisfaction Fi and Barry Field and Ruth (1995), which has high reliability and validity were used. Using research data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that there is a relationship between personality characteristics and job satisfaction of nurses of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Urmia.
