ResumenEn Brasil, el Consejo Nacional de Justicia entendió que es legítima la presencia de los símbolos religiosos en los tribunales de Justicia de Río Grande do Sul, conforme decisión emitida en el mes de junio de 2016.El dictamen concuerda con otro, del mismo Consejo Nacional y en el caso de Río Grande do Sul, significó el regreso de los símbolos religiosos a los edificios y dependencias del poder judicial después de cuatro años en que los símbolos religiosos habían sido retirados, como resultado de una decisión administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Magistratura de aquél Estado Federado.AbstractIn Brazil, the National Council of Justice understood that the presence of religious symbols in the Courts of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul, is legitimate, as decision issued in June 2016.The resolution agrees with another, from the same National Council and in the case of Rio Grande do Sul, meant the return of religious symbols in buildings and edifices of the judiciary after four years in which religious symbols had been removed as a result an administrative decision of the Superior Council of the Magistracy of the former federal state.DOI: 10.7764/RLDR.3.37
