Foreign investments as a method of railway transport reformation

SUMMARY

This article is devoted to consideration of the basic directions of financing of «Ukrzaliznytsia» (Ukrainian Railways), the problem of investment in the conditions of crisis and the importance of foreign investments into the development of railway transport as a uniform modern system.
