FORMATION OF THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT

SUMMARY

In analyzing issues updating projects of urban development in the quality of urban life. Developed structural-logical model of the organization of the project management office of urban development. The proposed approach will allow to model variations of the optimal governance structures capable of reducing the risks of the project, to improve flexibility, thus positively affect the quality indicators of urban development projects.
