SUMMARY
Enhancing and testing the quality of slope charts obtained from Spring softwareAbstract In this work a series of topographical surveys was carried our for theacquisition of sampling points randomily distributed by employing total station, clinometer and altimeter. A Digital Elevation Model (DEM) was generated usingthe SPRING software. Such the Digital Elevation Model was analysed using 39checking points well distributed in the study área located at Campo Largo Pr.Precision analisys was carried out by adopting the standards suggested by theBrazilian Cartogrphy Technical Rules. After qualitative verification of the model, had been made tests of classification of slope letters. Also products had beengenerated that depend on DEM, being these of interest of the agricultural area, aserodibility and capacity of use of the ground, being that these had been analyzed inanother area, located in Second Plateaus of the Paraná State.
