SUMMARY

Bu çalismanin amaci ögretmenlerin okul ortaminda baris egitimi hakkindaki görüslerini ortaya koymaktir Arastirma nitel olup verilerin çözümlenmesinde betimsel yöntem kullanilmistir Arastirmaya Akdeniz Üniversitesi Egitim Yönetimi ve Denetimi Yüksek Lisans Programi ögrencisi veya mezunu olan toplam 17 ögretmen katilmistir Arastirmanin görüsme formunu alti açik uçlu soru olusturmaktadir Arastirmanin bulgularina göre okullarin bazilarinda baris egitimi konusunda etkinlikler yapilirken bazilarinda yapilmamaktadir Okullarda baris egitimi ldquo;degerler egitimi rdquo; programinda ögrencilere beyin firtinasi örnek olay incelemesi yoluyla ulusal bayram etkinlikleriyle ve çocuklarin ailelerini de etkinliklere d acirc;hil edilerek gerçeklesmektedir Katilimcilara göre barisa duyarli ögrencilerin yetistirilmesinde en önemli görev ögretmenlere düsmektedir
