España y Austria al final del Antiguo Régimen.

SUMMARY

Nuestro objetivo es analizar cómo la diplomacia española no tuvo ni altura de miras ni la habilidad negociadora requerida en un Congreso como el de Viena. El aumento de la influencia austriaca en Italia, el estrepitoso fracaso de hacer volver los territorios americanos a España y la profunda crisis económica fueron síntomas evidentes de la relegación de España a categoría de pequeña potencia.
