The structure of the occupational diseases at inhabitants of republic komi

SUMMARY

By the method of continuous research we have analyzed all the data of cases of the established occupational diseases for all period of supervision since 1993 to July, 1, 2004 (4517 cases). The diseases in the coal industry are submitted the most part of the revealed pathology (94,4%). The diseases from an functional overstrain and microtrauma are marked most frequently (47,5%). The authentic growth of frequency of cases with proof physical inability (p £0,001), and also statistically significant reduction of number of the diagnoses established outside Komi Republic are marked for the last few years.
