SUMMARY
It was shown that the risk profiles that threaten normal, stable functioning of political power, risks of delegitimation of power are important. This is due to increased of delegitimation trends, increase destructive, dysfunctional processes, growing crisis in the political sphere. It is proved that in modern conditions the risk of delegitimation of political power complicated processes of subpoliticization of society. The main areas of their display is the state, transnational economy, science and technology, privacy. It was found that sources of risk of delegitimation of political power are: institutionalized corruption in public administration and in the judiciary; domination of media-politics and political scandals in the management of public relations; failure of the ruling political actors election programs violation of the rules of democratic procedures, decision-making outside the democratic system of decision-making or when lawfully elected politicians exercise power, concluding agreements and reaching compromises with some political, social or commercial structures, thus spoiling its reputation; weakening traditional channels of influence on the government (through voting or press) members of certain social circles simultaneously with the deterioration of their socio-economic status; non rising expectations of society and opportunities of power available means to satisfy them and others. Determined to overcome these strategic directions delegitimational trends: real or formal expansion of citizens’ participation in political decision-making; shifting responsibility to individual authorities or officials; entire arsenal spin-doctoring activities; any reasoned or emotive promises of political parties and individual politicians, elections are the power. It is shown that an effective means of combating of delegitimation of political power or have clear steps to improve the procedures for making political decisions (in terms of fairness and transparency) with exemplary punishment in violation of, or gradually meet the basic interests of society.
