SUMMARY
Yeni bir anayasanin olusturulmasina dair tartismalar, uzun bir zamandan beri Türkiye gün-deminin önde gelen basliklarindan birini meydana getirmektedir. Çevre, bu tartismalar bag-laminda göze çarpan konulardan biridir. Bu çalismamizda, ülkemiz için hazirlanabilecek yeni bir anayasada çevrenin nasil düzenlenebilecegi sorusuna yanit aranacaktir.The New Constitutional Process of Turkey and Environment Discussions on forming a new constitution have constituted one of the leading topics of Turkey’s agenda for a long time. Environment is one of the outstanding issues in the con-text of these discussions. In this study, the answer to the question of how environment can be regulated in the new constitution to be prepared for our country will be searched.
