TITLE

Electronic states for a semiconductor quantum shell cylindrical geometry

SUMMARY

In this work we obtain the electronic states for a semiconductor quantum cylindrical shell in the matrix GaAs Al Ga As 0.35 0.65 . We have assumed that the system has only one band which splits into a sub-bands system due to confinement. We use the formalism of the effective mass to determine the wave functions and the energies.
