SCIENTIFIC DECLARATION IN E-ENVIRONMENT UNIVERSITY

SUMMARY

The need to create bibliometric profiles of scientific and pedagogical staff and departments as a basis for a scientific declaration system in the university's e-environment was ascertained. It was justified the expediency of selecting the information resources of the Google Scholar system as the initial basis for declarations about scientific activity. By the joint efforts of the scientific was created synergetic principles of the formation the system of scientific declaration which forms bibliometric profiles community and information institutions that analyze them analytically. The preparation of analytical information for expert evaluation of the effectiveness of research activities was considered. The need to train specialists in bibliometric technologies and scientific studies in profile universities was determined.DOI: https://doi.org/10.28925/2414-0325.2017.3.19298

El enfrentamiento a la influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 y el fortalecimiento de la vigilancia de las IRA en Cuba / The confrontation with influenza A (H1N1)pdm09 and the strengthening of IRA surveillance in Cuba El enfrentamiento a la influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 y el fortalecimiento de la vigilancia de las IRA en Cuba / The confrontation with influenza A (H1N1)pdm09 and the strengthening of IRA surveillance in CubaObjetivo: describir los aportes del enfrentamiento a la pandemia en el fortalecimiento de la vigilancia, prevención y control de las infecciones respiratorias agudas.Métodos: se realizó una investigación histórica en que se caracterizan las particularidades del plan para el enfrentamiento antipandémico y las acciones que fueron tomadas para minimizar los efectos de la influenza A(H1N1). Los datos fueron obtenidos de la revisión del Plan, los documentos técnicos del Ministerio de Salud Pública, la revisión de la literatura científica y la ofrecida por informantes clave.Resultados: después de la declaración por la Organización Mundial de la Salud en abril de 2009 de una emergencia internacional, ante el aislamiento del virus de influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 que se expandió por todo el mundo, Cuba preparó un plan de enfrentamiento con un sólido un sólido componente intersectorial y comunitario y una amplia campaña de comunicación social. De forma muy ágil fueron creadas las condiciones logístico-técnicas necesarias para minimizar sus impactos negativos.Conclusiones: el enfrentamiento antipandémico fue expresión de la fortaleza del Sistema Nacional de Salud cubano que en estrecho trabajo intersectorial y la participación comunitaria logró minimizar los impactos económicos, sociales y para la salud de la población.Palabras clave: influenza A(H1N1)pdm09; plan antipandémico; vigilancia de las IRA.ABSTRACT Objective: to describe the contributions of the confrontation to the pandemic in strengthening the surveillance, prevention and control of acute respiratory infections.Methods: a historical investigation was carried out in which the characteristics of the plan for the anti-pandemic confrontation are characterized and the actions that were taken to minimize the effects of influenza A(H1N1). The data were obtained from the revision of the Plan, the technical documents of the Ministry of Public Health, the review of the scientific literature and that offered by key informants. Results: after the declaration by the World Health Organization in April 2009 of an international emergency, given the isolation of the influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus that spread throughout the world, Cuba prepared a confrontation plan with a solid a solid intersectoral and community component and a broad social communication campaign. In a very agile way, the logistic-technical conditions necessary to minimize their negative impacts were created. Conclusions: the anti-pandemic confrontation was an expression of the strength of the Cuban National Health System, which in narrow intersectoral work and community participation managed to minimize the economic, social and health impacts of the population.
