Research of educational and production practice organizational aspects in functioning conditions of quality management system in higher educational institutions on the example of National University of Pharmacy

SUMMARY

In modern domestic practice, most models of quality systems are developed on the outdated evaluation basis, in particular – by statistical methods. Actually, world experience suggests such approach not to be appropriate without proper attention to the clear regulation of all processes affecting the service conformity to established requirements and the thorough systematic monitoring of all resulting indicators in these processes.Aim. To define and substantiate the organizational principles of educational practices and internship in the conditions of the quality management system of an educational institution.Results. The essence of educational practice organization and internship as a special process of quality management system in educational institution is revealed. “Providing links with the bases of practice” model was developed and implemented. The algorithm of participants interaction process on the basis of feedback concept is scientifically substantiated, which allows systematically to assess the quality of graduates practical training and to apply corrective and preventive actions for continuous educational process improvement. The list of documents, which regulates the procedure of educational applicants and the corresponding administrative actions, is prepared.Conclusions. The scientific substantiation and development of approaches to organizational aspects improvement of educational practices and internship as one of the main processes of the quality management system of educational institutions is the basis for ensuring the proper practical training of applicants for higher pharmaceutical education in a rapidly changing labor market and an unstable economic situation.
