Analysis of the improvement of serological indexes in patients with diabetic nephropathy and hypertension using Valsartan combined with Nifedipine controlled-release regimen

SUMMARY

Objective: To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release Tablets on diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients with hypertension.Methods: The clinical records of 80 DN patients with hypertension registered in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were collected. The records showed that 38 patients were treated with oral nifedipine controlled-release tablets (control group) and 42 - with oral valsartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets (observation group). The improvement of serological indexes after treatment was compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), systolic and diastolic blood pressure, bone oligomeric matrix protein (COMP), thrombin regulatory protein (TM) and Microalbumin (mALB) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the level of angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of homocysteine (Hcy), Cystatin C (CysC) and transforming growth factor ß1(TGF-ß1) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of adiponectin (APN), aldosterone (ALD) and gastric growth promoting factor (ghrelin) in the observation group after the treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: A combination of valsartan and nifedipine controlled-release tablets in DN patients with hypertension can effectively control blood glucose and blood pressure, improve the serological indexes such as COMP, TM, mAlb, Ang-1, Hcy, CysC, TGF-ß1, APN, ALD and ghrelin, and potentially reduce and delay renal function damage.doi: https://doi.org/10.12669/pjms.38.6.5871How to cite this:Cai L, Zhu H. Métodos: se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal, el análisis documental que incluyó artículos científicos relacionados con la resolución de problemas, la bibliografía del proyecto de investigación del departamento, que permitió vincular los niveles asumidos para la comprensión de los contenidos matemáticos con los indicadores para la resolución de problemas y caracterizarlos, teniendo en cuenta los objetivos de la asignatura general y por temas. Se emplearon los métodos histórico lógico y análisis sínte-sis para sistematizar diferentes metodologías para la resolución de problemas.Resultados: se definieron los indicadores para la resolución de los problemas desde los cuatro niveles de comprensión del contenido matemático para la asignatura y se estableció como estrategia para el trabajo en la resolución de problemas tener en cuenta el tratamiento de las acciones de la habilidad resolver problemas y los indicadores para la comprensión de estos. Conclusiones: los indicadores para la comprensión de los problemas matemáticos asociados a los cuatro  niveles de la  comprensión de los contenidos matemáticos en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la Matemática en el curso preparatorio, se caracterizan por el trabajo con la comprensión lectora y las acciones de la habilidad resolver problemas, que favorecen la elaboración de tareas docentes dirigidas a contribuir al desarrollo del pensamiento lógico y las competencias comunicativa de los estudiantes en idioma español, que posibilitó el perfeccionamiento del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la Matemática. The logical historical methods, synthesissis analysis were used to systematize different methodologies for the resolution of problems.Results: the indicators for the resolution of problems were defined from the four levels of understanding of the mathematical content for the subject and it was es-tablished as a strategy for the work in the resolution of problems taking into account the treatment of the actions of the skill to solve problems and indicators for understanding problems.Conclusions: the indicators for understanding the mathematical problems associated with the four levels of understanding mathematical contents in the teaching-learning process of Mathematics in the preparatory course, are characterized by work with reading comprehension and the actions of the ability to solve problems, which favor the development of teaching tasks aimed at contributing to the development of logical thinking and communication skills of students in Spanish, which en-abled the improvement of the teachinglearning process in Mathematics.Keywords: comprehension; levels of understanding; problem solving.

Mitos relacionados con las prácticas de ejercicio físico destinadas a reducir el peso corporal/ Myths related to the physical exercises practices earmarked to reduce the body weight Mitos relacionados con las prácticas de ejercicio físico destinadas a reducir el peso corporal/ Myths related to the physical exercises practices earmarked to reduce the body weightObjetivo: identificar los mitos más difundidos en la Web mundial de habla hispana que están relacionados con las prácticas de ejercicio físico destinadas a bajar de peso o reducir la grasa corporal.Métodos: se empleó, de forma dominante, el análisis de fuentes documentales y la estadística descriptiva. Se analizaron 60 páginas, blog y sitios web. De ellas, 20 corresponden a páginas comerciales, que brindan consejos de belleza y fórmulas rápidas para mejorar estéticamente la apariencia personal de forma general, 17 atañen a páginas especializadas en la cultura física y las restantes 23, conciernen a espacios en sitios, blog y revistas de temas generales, los cuales incluyen sesiones de deporte y consejos para el mejoramiento estético de la imagen corporal. Serealizó un estudio descriptivo de la información brindada.Resultados: se llegó a constatar que persiste en esta población un grupo de mitos relacionados con la información sobre las prácticas de ejercicios físicos para bajar de peso o reducir los niveles de tejido adiposo.Conclusiones: se encontraron 14 mitos, de ellos se identificaron tres como los más difundidos. Asimismo, se programaron un grupo de cursos y charlas para informar y educar a la población de la ELAM que desea bajar de peso o reducir volúmenes de grasa en algunas partes del cuerpo.ABSTRACTObjective: to identify the most defunded myths in the World Web of Spanish speakers related to physical exercisespractices earmarked to decrease the weight or to reduce the body grease.Method: the analysis of documental sources and descriptive statistics were used as a dominant form. 60 web pages, blogs and web sides. 20 correspond to commercials that give beauty advices and rapid formules to better esthetically the personal appearance in general form.17 correspond to specialized pages in the physical culture and 23 leftover conciseness to spaces in web sides, blog and journal of general topics, which included sport sessions and advices for the esthetical improvement of body image. A descriptive study of the information gave was carried out.Results: there is constancy that persists in this population a group of myths related to information, about physical exercises practices to decrease the weight or to reduce the adipose tissue.Conclusions: 14 myths were found, tree of them were identified as the most defunded.As well as a group of courses were programmed and chatter to inform and educate the Elam population that wish to decrease weight or reduce volume of grease in some parts of the body.

Un acercamiento a la Teoría de la Educación Avanzada como una alternativa educativa cubana pedagógica / An approach to the Theory of Advanced Education as a pedagogical Cuban educational alternative Un acercamiento a la Teoría de la Educación Avanzada como una alternativa educativa cubana pedagógica / An approach to the Theory of Advanced Education as a pedagogical Cuban educational alternativeObjetivo: argumentar la Teoría de la Educación Avanzada como una alternativa educativa cubana pedagógica.Métodos: se aplicaron métodos teóricos como la sistematización, histórico-lógico y análisis de documentos para fundamentar a la Teoría de la Educación Avanzada como una alternativa educativa desarrollada en Cuba, y cuyo proceso de desarrollo contribuyó al enriquecimiento de la Pedagogía como ciencia.Resultados: las fuentes bibliográficas consultadas permitieron fundamentar a la Teoría de la Educación Avanzada como una alternativa educativa cubana y rama de la Pedagogía. Ella se encuentra en franco desarrollo y cumple con los requerimientos para constituirse en una teoría. Sus fundamentos son resultados investigativos demostrados por sus investigadores.Conclusiones. la Educación Avanzada desarrollada en Cuba cumple con los requerimientos para ser una teoría. Los postulados de la Teoría de la Educación Avanzada como alternativa educativa cubana expresan un entramado teórico que posibilitan fundamentar desde la Pedagogía el proceso de educación de los hombres y contribuir al mejoramiento de su desempeño profesional pedagógico como categoría de su objeto de estudio.ABSTRACTObjective: to argue the Theory of Advanced Education as a pedagogical Cuban educational alternative.Methods: theoretical methods such as systematization, historical-logical and document analysis were applied to support the Theory of Advanced Education as an educational alternative developed in Cuba, and whose development process contributed to the enrichment of Pedagogy as a science.Results: the consulted bibliographical sources allowed to base to the Theory of the Advanced Education like aCuban educational alternative and branch of the Pedagogy. She is in clear development and meets the requirements to become a theory. Its foundations are research results demonstrated by its researchers.Conclusions Advanced Education developed in Cuba meets the requirements to be a theory. The postulates of the Theory of Advanced Education as a Cuban educational alternative express a theoretical framework that makes it possible to base the education process of men from Pedagogy and contribute to the improvement of their pedagogical professional performance as a category of their object of study.Keywords: Theory of Advanced Education; parameterization; human behavior; alternatives.

Una estrategia metodológica para su mejoramiento//The socialization of the scientific results of the teachers of the Latin American School of MedicinObjetivo: argumentar la importancia del diseño de una estrategia metodológica para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional en la socialización de los resultados científicos de los docentes de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina.Materiales y Métodos: se utilizó un modelo de investigación cualitativa en la que se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos. Se efectuó la revisión bibliográfica, el análisis, síntesis y contrastación de los diferentes criterios y posiciones de los autores de la literatura revisada.Resultados: se logró elaborar una alternativa metodológica que permita a todos los profesionales la elaboración, socialización y presentación de los trabajos de investigación de forma lógica, con una escritura y un lenguaje científico adecuado, contribuyendo a perfeccionar la producción científica de nuestra Institución.Conclusiones: se hace imprescindible que la comunidad científica concientice la importancia que tiene la socialización de los resultados de sus investigaciones y para eso se propone una estrategia educativa institucional para la socialización de los resultados científicos, humanistas y tecnológicos de los profesionales de la ELAM.ABSTRACTObjetive: to argue the importance of the design of a methodological strategy for the improvement of professional performance in the socialization of the scientific results of the teachers of the Latin American School of Medicine.Materials and Methods: a qualitative research model was used in which theoretical and empirical methods were used. The literature review, analysis, synthesis and comparison of the different criteria and positions of the authors of the reviewed literature was carried out.Results: it was possible to elaborate a methodological alternative that allows all the professionals the elaboration, socialization and presentation of the works of investigation of logical form, with a writing and a suitable scientific language, contributing to perfect the scientific production of our Institution.Conclusions: it is essential that the scientific community is aware of the importance of the socialization of the results of their research and for that an institutional educational strategy is proposed for the socialization of the scientific, humanistic and technological results of the ELAM professionals.

Hojas de trabajo para la autogestión del aprendizaje del idioma español / Worksheets for self-management of Spanish language learning Hojas de trabajo para la autogestión del aprendizaje del idioma español / Worksheets for self-management of Spanish language learningObjetivo: exponer el diseño de las hojas de trabajo que contienen diversos artículos por especialidades vinculados a la ciencia matemática, para entrenar la competencia comunicativa de los estudiantes de postgrado, de diferentes continentes que se insertarán en las instituciones médicas cubanas.Métodos: se fundamenta en la filosofía materialista dialéctica y se emplean métodos teóricos como el históricológico;inductivo deductivo; sistematización; empíricos: análisis de documentos, observación y vivencial.Resultados: las hojas de trabajo por especialidades son herramientas interdisciplinarias para mejorar lacompetencia comunicativa. Su pertinencia está dada en disponer de un banco de artículos interdisciplinarios, materiales audiovisuales para un proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en formación acelerada de mayor calidad. Its relevance is given in having a bank of interdisciplinary articles, audiovisual materials for a teaching-learning process in accelerated training of higher quality. The training with the worksheet taxes the improvement ofthe communicative-cultural competences of the postgraduate students of the High School.Conclusions: the worksheet is a strategy of self-management of learning that achieves the communicative competence of the graduate student from the process of cognition, metacognition and creation from the language skills and interdisciplinarity.Keywords: communicative competence; worksheet; portable interdisciplinary tool.
