Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Gangguan Mental Emotional Masyarakat di Masa Pandemic COVID-19

Abstract


Pandemic COVID-19 has cause disturbance of mental-emotions in public. Many factors caused mental-emotional disorders. The study aimed to identify and analyze factors associated with mental-emotional disorders in the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was used descriptive analysis research using the design of cross-sectional with respondents as many as 194 respondents. Data were collected using the SRQ-20 questionnaire with Google Forms. The inclusion criteria of the respondents are the general public with an age limit of > 20 years and are willing to be respondents in this study. The variables included age, type of sex, education, occupation, income, and mental-emotional disorders. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and the Person Chi-Square test with a significance level <0.05. The results showed that the factor of age-associated with mental-emotional sorders (p = 0.006), the type of sex associated with mental-emotional disorders (p = 0.012), educations have not associated with mental-emotional disorders (p = 0.943), the occupation associated with mental-emotional disorders (p = 0.001) and income associated with emotional mental disorders during the COVID-19 pandemic (p = 0.003). The results of this study showed that the age of productive, women, people who work and have incomes greatly influenced the psychological form of disturbance of mental-emotional during the period pandemic COVID -19. Subsequent research focused on psychological support interventions for mental-emotional disorders that occur due to COVID-19.

ABSTRAK

Pandemi COVID-19 telah menimbulkan gangguan mental emosional masyarakat. Factor yang menyebabkan gangguan mental emosional. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis factor yang berhubungan dengan gangguan mental emosional masyarakat selama masa pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian analisis deskriptif menggunakan rancangan cross sectional dengan responden sebanyak 194 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner SRQ-20 dengan media pengumpulan google formulir. Kriteria inklusi dari responden adalah masyarakat umum dengan batasan usia > 20 tahun dan bersedia menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, penghasilan dan gangguan mental emotional. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji Person Chi- Square dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor usia berhubungan dengan gangguan mental emosional (p = 0,006), jenis kelamin berhubungan dengan gangguan mental emosional (p = 0,012), pendidikan tidak berhubungan dengan gangguan mental emosional (p = 0,943), pekerjaan berhubungan dengan gangguan mental emosional (p = 0,001) dan penghasilan berhubungan dengan gangguan mental emosional selama masa pandemi COVID-19 (p = 0.003). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gangguan mental emotional dapat terjadi selama masa pandemic COVID-19. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan gangguan tersebut adalah usia produktif, wanita, orang yang bekerja dan memiliki penghasilan. Penelitian selanjutnya difokuskan pada intervensi dukungan psikologis terhadap gangguan mental emosional yang terjadi akibat COVID-19.
