Abstract

In order to improve the success rate of artificial propagation and seedling cultivation, the paper introduces the barracuda’s technologies, including parent fish rearing, artificial induced spawning, artificial insemination, hatching and factory-like seeding cultivation. It is suggested that the number of parents should be sufficient, the time of artificial insemination should be accurately grasped, the developmental malformations of roes should be reduced and the mortality rate should be reduced.
