Encuesta de satisfacción para la práctica laboral investigativa en la Licenciatura en Cultura Física

Resumen

Con el perfeccionamiento de los Planes de Estudio en la Educación Superior, a partir de la concepción e implementación del Plan de Estudio E para la carrera Licenciatura en Cultura Física, aparece como novedad la declaración de una Disciplina Principal Integradora, en este caso, la Formación Laboral Investigativa. Los estudiantes de esta carrera transitan por ella desde el primer año hasta el año terminal por su carácter rector y entre los años 3ro y 4to cursan las asignaturas Practica Laboral I, II y III. La revisión de documentos permitió constatar la inexistencia de un instrumento que permitiera valorar la satisfacción de los estudiantes al cursar estas tres asignaturas. Por lo que la presente investigación está dirigida a la propuesta de una encuesta de satisfacción que permita un mejor desarrollo de este proceso formativo. Mediante el criterio de especialistas en la temática se valoró de forma teórica la validez de la propuesta arrojando resultados satisfactorios, lo que permite afirmar que es posible su aplicación en la práctica educativa.

ABSTRACT

With the improvement of the Study Plans in Higher Education, from the conception and implementation of Study Plan E for the Physical Culture degree, the declaration of a Main Integrative Discipline appears, in this case, the Training Investigative Labor. The students of this career go through it from the first year to the terminal year due to its guiding character and between the 3rd and 4th years, they take the Investigative Labor Practice I, II and III subjects. The review of documents confirmed the absence of instrumental that allows evaluating student satisfaction when taking these three subjects. So this research is aimed at the proposal of a satisfaction survey that allows a better development of this training process. Using the criteria of specialists in the subject, the validity of the proposal was theoretically assessed, yielding satisfactory results, which allows us to affirm that its application in educational practice is possible.
