La soberanía alimentaria local en el Programa Agricultura Urbana, Suburbana y familiar

Resumen

Las contribuciones del Programa Agricultura Urbana, Suburbana y Familiar en Cuba, constituyen antecedentes de la Ley 148/2022, Soberanía Alimentaria y Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional y del reglamento dispuesto en el Decreto 67/2022; temas de actualidad capital que inciden en la estimulación del uso de buenas prácticas en los productores de huertos, patios y parcelas, perspectiva que direccionó el objetivo de este trabajo, centrado en el análisis de dicha Ley a partir de valoraciones teórico metodológicas que implican las bondades de la agroecología a ese fin, y su implementación en el Municipio Abreus, luego, fue posible llegar a conclusiones, avaladas en el análisis de documentos y criterios emanados de espacios de debates científicos; aflorando una idea convergente en la utilización de la agroecología para consolidar la agricultura próspera y sostenible necesaria y adaptada a las condiciones socioeconómicas actuales; en ello tiene un papel esencial el Programa de la Agricultura Urbana, Suburbana y Familiar, en aras de satisfacer las demandas crecientes de la población, sin embargo, se reconoce que persisten debilidades afectándose sus resultados, los cuales pueden ser modificados a partir de la implementación de la Ley y el Reglamento de Soberanía Alimentaria y Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional, aprovechándose la agroecología en patios, parcelas y huertos familiares, como una alternativa viable, que permite la identificación de recursos locales disponibles a favor de la producción de alimentos.

ABSTRACT

The Urban, Suburban and Familiar contributions of the Program Agricultura in Cuba, background of the Law constitute 148/2022, Alimentary Sovereignty and Alimentary Certainty and Nutricional and of the regulations arranged in the Decree 67/2022; Themes of principal present time that in the producers of kitchen gardens, patios and plots of land, perspective have an effect on the stimulation of the use of practices than direccionó the objective of the postulate, centered in the analysis of the aforementioned Law as from theoretic assessments metodológicas that the agroecología's goodnesses implicate to that end, and his implementation in the Municipio Abreus, next, was possible to touch findings, guarantees in the documentary analysis and criteria emanated of spaces of scientific debates; Surfacing a convergent idea in the utilization of the agroecología to consolidate the prosperous and sustainable necessary and adapted agriculture to the socioeconomic present-day conditions; The Programa of the Urbane Agriculture, Suburbana and Familiar, for the sake of fulfilling the population's increasing requests, however, has an essential paper in it it is  recognized than persist weaknesses afectándose his results, which can be modified as from the implementation of the Law and Alimentary Soberanía's and Seguridad's Regulations Alimentary and Nutricional, taking advantage the agroecología at patios, plots of land and family kitchen gardens, like a viable alternative, that the identification of local available resources in favor of the production of foodstuff enables
