Novedades instructivas para la enseñanza de la Microbiología en la Carrera Educación Biología

Resumen

La enseñanza de las ciencias biológicas aplicadas en las diferentes carreras universitarias , atraviesa actualmente por dificultades relacionadas con la elección del método que emplea el profesor para abordar los nuevos conocimientos, generados de los avances científicos .Particularmente la microbiología , es una rama de la biología que necesita una revisión contante .Este trabajo , fue realizado , documentando la información científica precedente, y relacionando el enfoque actual de la enseñanza de la disciplina microbiología,  en la Carrera Educación Biología, en la Universidad de Cienfuegos. A propósito, se propone insertar nuevos contenidos en el programa analítico de la disciplina, entre los que se encuentran, la microbiología de los alimentos, el medioambiente microbiano, la microbiología exótica y las grandes epidemias en la era de la globalización, el diagnóstico por biología molecular y la microbiología evolutiva. Esto impacta en la superación científica de los nuevos profesionales egresados, y después en la formación integral y vocacional de los educandos.

ABSTRACT

The teaching of the Biological applied sciences in the different university horse racings, it goes through at present for difficulties related with the election of the method that employs the teacher to approach the new knowledges, generated of the scientific advances.Particularly the microbiology, it is a chase of the biology that needs a cash revision.This work, went carried out, documenting the scientific information precedent, and by relating the current focussing of the teaching of the microbiology discipline, in the biology education run, in the university of Cienfuegos. By the way, proposes insert new contents in the analytic program of the discipline, between those who find, the microbiology of the foods, the microbial environment, the exotic microbiology and the big epidemics in the era of the globalisation, the diagnosis for molecular biology and the evolutionary microbiology. This impacts in the scientific surmourning of the new graduates professionals, and after in the integral formation and vocacional of the students.
