A importância do Território para o desenho de Políticas Educacionais no Campo

Resumo

Ao aceitarmos a definição de que a educação não existe fora do território e compreendermos que este é resultado da interação entre indivíduos, seus interesses, suas culturas e suas forças de poder, teremos a política como elemento essencial da tessitura. Este artigo tem como objetivo central apresentar e refletir os conceitos de espaço e território, categorias natas da ciência geográfica, como importantes para desenvolvimento de políticas e políticas públicas educacionais, em especial as relativas à educação do campo. Busca-se oportunizar a reflexão de educadores para a relação entre os conceitos, a educação do campo e o campo em si. É um artigo teórico realizado a partir de revisão bibliográfica da área da educação, da geografia e do campo de públicas. Está divido em duas partes: território e espaço geográfico; política, gestão pública e políticas públicas. Ao longo de todo o artigo há uma interpretação dos conceitos com a Educação do Campo de forma a permitir e estimular sua compreensão. O artigo foi elaborado após aula ministrada no curso Marcos Teórico-Metodológicos da Educação do Campo: Construtos e Interlocuções da Subsecretaria de Formação Continuada dos Profissionais da Educação/Secretaria de Educação do Distrito Federal, em 2021.

The importance of the Territory for the design of Educational Policies in the Countryside 

Abstract: When we accept the definition that education does not exist outside the territory and understand that this is the result of the interaction between individuals, their interests, their cultures, and their forces of power, we will have politics as an essential element of the weave. The main objective of this article is to present and reflect on the concepts of space and territory, innate categories of geographic science, as important for the development of educational policies and public policies, especially those related to Field Education. It seeks to provide opportunities for educators to reflect on the relationship between concepts, field education and the field itself. It is a theoretical article based on a bibliographic review in education, geography, and the public sector. It is divided into two parts: territory and geographic space; politics, public management, and public policies. Throughout the article there is an interpretation of the concepts with Field Education to allow and stimulate their understanding. The article was prepared after a class given in the course Theoretical-Methodological Frameworks of Rural Education: Constructs and Interlocutions of the Undersecretariat for Continued Formation of Education ProfessionalsSecretary of Education of the Federal District, in 2021.
