CONSIDERACIONES DEL 2022 Y PROYECCIONES PARA EL 2023

Concluye el 2022 y como es costumbre en nuestra Revista pasamos un balance de lo realizado en el año y los propósitos para el 2023.

El año ha sido muy tenso para nuestra revista y editorial debido a la gran cantidad de envíos recibidos en nuestro colchón, nos obligó, para poder publicar en un tiempo prudencial los artículos, suspender la recepción de envíos provisionalmente desde el mes de junio. Sentimos profundamente las molestias causadas y esperamos, en cuanto el colchón editorial esté menos congestionado, abrir nuevamente la admisión de artículos. A los usuarios que realizaron envíos antes de esa fecha, una vez cumplidos los requerimientos y el ajuste a normas se garantizará su publicación. Los trabajos enviados en el 2021, antes de marzo del 2023 y los enviados en el 2022, en el primer semestre.

No obstante, recomendamos a nuestros lectores que antes de realizar un envío, revisen con detalle sí el tema se ajusta a la revista y estudien las normas de publicación que aparecen en la web, todo ello permitirá un proceso más expedito.

Nos satisface que ocupemos en Google académico el lugar sexto entre las revistas más citadas en idioma español, los pronósticos de terminar el año en citas de Scopus sobrepasen las 600 con un incremento del índice H y un aumento en relación citas/publicaciones. También nos complace que recibimos más de 200 visitas diarias a nuestra revista de más de 90 países. Todo esto nos compromete a elevar la calidad de las publicaciones.

Agradecemos la meritoria labor de colaboración realizado por nuestros editores asociados la Asociación Latinoamericana de Neutrosofia y la Academia de Ciencias de Azerbaiyán, así como a todos nuestros pares por su labor de calidad y prontitud en la mayoría de las revisiones de nuestros artículos en la modalidad abierta. Agradecemos a nuestros directivos de la Universidad de Cienfuegos y el Ministerio de Educación Superior de Cuba por el seguimiento y ayuda a nuestra Revista.

Hemos tenido la oportunidad de ser invitados este período a varios eventos internacionales en Cuba, Ecuador, Honduras y Perú donde se ha tratado la problemática de las Ciencias Abiertas y la mejora de las políticas editoriales en Latinoamérica, produciéndose importantes debates e intercambios entre diferentes editoriales y sus usuarios.

Para el 2023, se actualizan los principios, políticas y normas de la revista, las cuales saldrán publicadas en enero del próximo año, en la cual será ratificado los principios de acceso abierto y gratuito, universalidad, responsabilidad, calidad, profesionalismo y sustentabilidad de la revista y su equipo editorial.

Está previsto, después de terminar un proceso de modernización de la automatización y más despejado el colchón editorial, abrir nuevamente el envío de artículos para el segundo semestre del 2023. El proceso será automatizado en el mayor por ciento del proceso editorial, para el cual se preparan editores, correctores, diseñadores, evaluadores y realizaremos acompañamiento a los usuarios para utilizar el sistema.

Adelantamos que se priorizarán las publicaciones a números temáticos sobre los Objetivos de las Naciones Unidas para alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible, de forma tal que se divulguen los principales resultados alcanzados y nos oriente sobre el camino a seguir para cumplir con las metas.

Como siempre ponemos a disposición de nuestros usuarios estas ideas y esperamos el debate.

Solo nos resta desearles un feliz fin de año y próspero 2023 en lo personal y profesional.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR 2022 AND PROJECTIONS FOR 2023

The year 2022 concludes and as a customary, in our Journal we made a balance of what has been done in the year and the purposes for 2023.

The year has been very tense for our Journal and editorial due to the large number of submissions received on our mattress, which forced us, in order to publish the articles in a reasonable time, to temporarily suspend the receipt of submissions from the month of June. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and we hope, as soon as the editorial cushion is less congested, to reopen the admission of articles. For users who made submissions before that date, once the requirements and compliance with standards have been met, publication will be guaranteed. The articles sent in 2021, before March 2023 and those sent in 2022, in the first semester.

However, we recommend to our readers that before doing a submission, they review in detail whether the subject fits the Journal and study the publication standards that appear on the web, all of which will allow a more expeditious process.

We are pleased that we occupy the sixth place in academic Google among the most cited journals in Spanish, the forecasts to end the year in Scopus citations will exceed 600 with an increase in the H index and an increase in the citations/publications ratio. We are also pleased that we receive more than 200 daily visits to our Journal from more than 90 countries. All of this commits us to raise the quality of the publications.

We appreciate the meritorious collaborative work carried out by our associate editors, the Latin American Association of Neutrosophia and the Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences, as well as all our peers for their quality and prompt work in most of the reviews of our articles in the open modality. We thank our directors of the University of Cienfuegos and the Ministry of Higher Education of Cuba for following up and helping our Journal.

We have had the opportunity to be invited this period to various international events in Cuba, Ecuador, Honduras and Peru, where the problem of Open Sciences and the improvement of editorial policies in Latin America have been discussed, producing important debates and exchanges between different publishers and its users.

By 2023, the principles, policies and standards of the journal are updated, which will be published in January of next year, in which the principles of open and free access, universality, responsibility, quality, professionalism and sustainability of the journal will be ratified by the Journal and its editorial board.

It is planned, after finishing a process of modernization of the automation and clearing the editorial cushion, to reopen the submission of articles for the second semester of 2023. The process will be automated in the greatest percentage of the editorial process, for which we prepare editors, proofreaders, designers, evaluators and we will accompany users in the system.

We anticipate that publications will be prioritized to thematic issues on the United Nations Goals to achieve sustainable development, in such a way that the main results achieved are disclosed and guide us on the path to follow and reach the goals.

As always, we make these ideas available to our users and look forward to the debate.

It only remains for us to wish you a happy end of the year and a prosperous 2023, personally and professionally.
