PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, KOMUNIKASI DAN PENGAWASAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT DAMAI ABADI MEDAN

SUMMARY

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of competence, communication and work supervision on employee job satisfaction at PT Damai Abadi Medan. Declining employee job satisfaction is reflected in the number of employees resigning from the company. Competence that still does not support employees can be seen from the educational criteria that are still not appropriate. Communication that is not optimal causes work error rates. Lack of strict supervision, which causes an increase in work errors. The research method uses quantitative. The population is 82 employees and the sample is 82 employees. The sampling technique used was census sampling. The conclusion of the results of this study is as follows the results of the calculation of the hypothesis testing partially obtained tcount> ttable or 2.956> 1.991 and significant obtained 0.004 <0.05, tcount> t table or 3.812> 1.991 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05. , the value of t count> t table or 3.321> 1.991 and the significant obtained is 0.001 <0.05 and the value of F count (23.855)> F table (2.72) and the probability of significance is 0.000 <0.05, it means that partially and simultaneously competence, Communication and Work Supervision have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Damai Abadi Medan. The coefficient of determination test results obtained Adjusted R Square value of 0.458, this means that 45.8% of the variation in employee performance variables can be explained by variations in the competency, communication and work supervision variables while the remaining 54.2% is explained by other variables that are not examined in this study, such as work conflicts, workload, work motivation and so on
