SUMMARY
This research was conducted at PT. Sabas Indonesia which is engaged in the animal feed industry with Poultry & Fishery Animal Feed products. There is a decrease in employee performance within the company which can be seen from not achieving company targets every month. This is the result of not being able to attend the training provided by the company so that many mistakes are made to their work. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work discipline, motivation on employee performance at PT. Sabas Indonesia. In this study, a population of 345 people, 30 people were used as validity and reliability tests and a sample of 185, in taking the number of samples using the Slovin formula. The method in this research uses a quantitative research approach with quantitative descriptive research type. In this study, data collection was carried out by interview, questionnaire, and documentation study. With multiple linear regression analysis model. Based on the results of research on the simultaneous hypothesis test (Test F) shows that the variables of job training, work discipline, motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Sabas Indonesia. While the results of the coefficient of determination are 24.7% and the remaining 75.3% are other independent variables not examined by this study.
