SUMMARY
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Leadership, Work Discipline and Reward on Employee Performance at PT YCH Indonesia Medan. The research method is quantitative approach, type of research is descriptive and quantitative nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. Methods of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample collection techniques, namely simple random sampling. The research sample is 96 employees. Partial and Simultaneous Leadership, work discipline, the reward has positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT YCH Indonesia Medan. The performance of employees of PT YCH Indonesia Medan which can be explained by the variation of the variables of leadership, work discipline, reward 38.1% while the rest of 61.9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as salary, promotion and workload.
