THE EFFECT OF CURRENT RATIO (CR), RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE), DEBT ON EQUITY RATIO (DER), EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), AND TOTAL TURNOVER ASSETS (TATO) ON STOCK PRICES IN PROPERTY, REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES WHICH ARE LISTED INDONESIA EXCHANGE EXCHANG

SUMMARY

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of CR, ROE, EPS, and TATO on stock prices on property, real estate and construction companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. Using quantitative analysis methods with a purposive sampling technique. The population is 73 companies and the sample is 52 companies. Research shows that CR, DER, and TATO have no significant effect on stock prices while the ROE and EPS variables have a significant effect on stock prices.Key words: Current Ratio, Return On Equity, Debt On Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover, Share Price.
