SUMMARY
Given that the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is growing day by day, the aim of this study was to review measures of corrections and rehabilitation center of juvenile offenders in Kerman during the years 2009 to 2011.The nature and method of research is descriptive and in terms of objective is practical research. The statistical population of study is 37 persons of juvenile offenders from Kerman city. The data collecting method is survey and interview with workers and experts in this field, and tools used to collect data are questionnaires and interviews. In this study, data analysis was performed using the software spss. The collected data were analyzed in a descriptive manner. Results indicated that 68 percent was between the range of 09.13 to 94/17 years. Average income of statistical sample is 470,000 Tomans. Average of family statistical sample size is 4/5.Nearly 60 percent of people had no good jobs and were unemployed. The highest percentage of crimes was related to robbery, which was included about 35% of the people. Most people (48%) attended in pottery classes, attendance in moral and religious classed was very low. In general, according to the results of correctional centers, creating educational classes were able to reduce the crime rate among juvenile offenders. In the end, it is suggested that related organizations responsible for the phenomenon of delinquency, follow its rehabilitative measures for more serious, and practical research in the field of rehabilitation of offenders in order to reduce, mitigate and control crime carried out by the researchers.
