SUMMARY
The article proposes an approach to taking into account threats in the space sphere, which contributes to the provision of space situational awareness of decision makers regarding national security and defense of the state. It consists of a systematic analysis of existing (known) and emerging threats in the space sector, their classification, an integrated assessment of the threats features (groups or classes of threats), forecasting the development of danger and developing proposals for countering threats using existing forces.Based on the analysis of known classification systems, a facet system was chosen to construct a threat classifier in space. The proposed approach of the classification, combined with the comprehensive consideration of objects of influence from various aspects of the space sphere (legal, economic, environmental, astronomical, military), allows to conduct an integral assessment of danger (signs of threats), taking into account the secondary effects and the probable "cascading effect" impact. The functional model of the system for taking into account threats in the space sphere, the structure of the facet classifier of these threats and an example of constructing a graph model for spreading the threat of possible destruction of the national space vehicle on all aspects of the space sphere are presented. The approaches to expert assessment of the weighting of aspects from the point of view of national security, the definition of the structure of the hierarchical system of criteria for assessing the spread of the threat and the simulation of changes in the parameters of the space sphere aspects in the spread of the threat are presented. Further ways of research are elaborated to specify the components of the proposed approach: classification and evaluation of known threats in the space sector, forecasting the development of the situation and developing proposals for their consideration (neutralization).
