SUMMARY
This research is to find out how the strategy of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration DIY (Disnakertrans DIY) increases employee engagement with the perception of organizational support and compensation through job satisfaction. This quantitative study used a questionnaire of 27 statements to collect data with a target of 114 populations. Samples in this study used a portion of the total target population. The analysis uses simple regression analysis and path analysis to prove the existence of mediasai variables in the research. This research is able to prove that if the perception of organizational support has a significant effect on job satisfaction, this means that job satisfaction in disnakertrans DIY will increase if employees feel the organization provides support to him. Compensation and job satisfaction in this study were also shown to have a significant influence, which means that in addition to the support of compensation organizations also influence how employees feel about their work. Furthermore, the perception of support from the organization and compensation has a significant effect on work involvement, which means that if the welfare is guaranteed employees will feel an attachment both to the organization and to its work. According to the results of the analysis of the path that has been done job satisfaction is proven to mediate the perception of organizational support and compensation to work involvement.
