Efektivitas Telenursing Terhadap pengenalan secara dini Tanda Dan Gejala Pada Pasien Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) Dalam Menurunkan Angka Kematian : Literatur Review

SUMMARY

Introduction: Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) is a disease that interferes with heart function caused by myocardial muscle that lacks blood supply due to constriction and blockage of heart blood vessels. This disease is still a frightening health problem in both developed and developing countries because it is the number one cause of death in the world. Early recognition of signs and symptoms in patients with ACS can make treatment fast and appropriate so that it will reduce complications and prevent death. Therefore, telenursing is needed that can help both the general public and untrained health workers to make an early introduction so that the expected goals are achieved. Methods: Analyzing data systematically by reviewing the results of the literature on the use of the telenursing method to perform early recognition of signs and symptoms of patients with ACS in reducing mortality. Results: Based on a review and review of 10 selected journals, it was concluded that the use of the telenursing method in ACS patients was effective for early recognition of patients with ACS in reducing mortality. Recommendation: It is hoped that telenursing will continue to be used and its coverage will be increased, especially for remote areas.Keywords: acute coronary syndrome; sign and symptom; telenursing.
