PROPOSALS FOR THE REFINEMENT OF METHODS OF SUBSTANTIATION OF THE INITIAL PRICE OF THE CON-TRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FOR STATE NEEDS

SUMMARY

This article deals with the problematic issue of the pricing of products supplied for state needs, depending on the values of the indicators of its use-value and effective use for the intended purpose. Examines the shortcomings of modern methods of qualimetry used to assess the quality and use-value technical products. The modern guidelines that establishes pricing rules for the products for public use. Revealed and substantiated the necessity of using methods of the theory of economic analysis for solving problems of determining the initial price of the products.
