SUMMARY
This article deals with the problematic issue of the pricing of products supplied for state needs, depending on the values of the indicators of its use-value and effective use for the intended purpose. Examines the shortcomings of modern methods of qualimetry used to assess the quality and use-value technical products. The modern guidelines that establishes pricing rules for the products for public use.
