SUMMARY
A special place among respiratory pathologies belongs to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which remains one of the largest medical, social and economic health problems for today. COPD is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Physical rehabilitation of patients with COPD requires the improvement and implementation of new effective technologies.The article highlights the components (structure and content) of the technology of physical rehabilitation of patients with COPD. Implementation of the technology of physical rehabilitation of patients with COPD should be carried out by determining the severity of the disease, the integral assessment of the functional state of the body of patients, physical activity, readiness of the cardiopulmonary system to exercise, the function of external respiration, quality of life. The technology of physical rehabilitation is integrated into programs of physical rehabilitation of patients with COPD, taking into account the severity of the course. It is focused on increasing the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process using an integrated and differentiated approach to filling programs with physical means and methods.
