Clinical performance of carrying out professional hygiene of the oral cavity in the complex of medical and preventive actions at children with the hypertrophic ulitis

SUMMARY

The aim consisted in assessment of clinical performance of carrying out professional hygiene of an oral cavity at the children of puberty age suffering from a chronic hypertrophic ulitis in combination with the adapted complex of preventive actions.To children the professional hygiene of an oral cavity of 1 times in 6 months with the subsequent purpose of a complex of actions within 10 days was carried out: «Sagy» gel on a gingiva; rinsing of a mouth camomile infusion twice a day in 20-30 minutes after toothbrushing by «Colgate Plax totat paste» curative herbs. The professional hygiene of an oral cavity was sparing and after indication of a dental plaque included toothbrushing with use of the ultrasonic device. Results of a research showed that use of a complex of medical and preventive actions during 1 year including regular professional hygiene of an oral cavity promoted reduction of prevalence and weight of inflammation and improved a hygienic condition of an oral cavity.
