Unstable blood sugar levels make diabetics very at risk of being infected with Covid-19, besides blood glucose levels that easily rise or fall can increase the risk of Covid-19 complicatisons in people with diabetes mellitus. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge about Covid-19 and Covid-19 prevention behavior in DM patients. The population is all diabetes mellitus patients who seek treatment at the internal medicine clinic at one of hospital at Blitar, in February 2021 as many as 62 people, which were taken by total sampling. Data processing starts from editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, and analyzed using the Spearman rho test with P value < = 0.05, which is presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: Most of the respondents with less knowledge behaved less about Covid-19 prevention, namely 11 respondents (84.6%), most of the respondents who were knowledgeable enough to behave fairly about Covid-19 prevention as many as 14 people (73.7%), and Most of the respondents who have good knowledge and behave well in preventing Covid-19 are 24 respondents (80.0%), with a Spearman rho test value, P = 0.000 < (0.05) with a Corellation Coefficient value of 0,768 which means there is a relationship strong closeness. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge about Covid-19 and Covid-19 prevention behavior in DM patients.
